1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms:

- “Products” refers to plugins, licenses, updates, digital downloads, and related services provided through the Website
- “Customer” refers to any person or entity purchasing or using the Products
- “License” refers to the right granted to use a Product under the conditions described below
2. Digital products
Easy Scheduling provides digital software products designed for WordPress and WooCommerce environments.
All Products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their hosting environment, WordPress installation, WooCommerce version, and third-party plugins are compatible with the purchased Product.
We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party themes, plugins, hosting environments, or custom configurations.
3. Orders & payments
All prices displayed on the Website are listed in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes where required by law.
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.
Once payment is successfully completed, access to the purchased Product and related services will be granted electronically.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or violation of these Terms.
4. Licenses
Purchasing a Product grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product according to the selected license plan.
Unless otherwise specified:
- licenses are intended for the Customer’s own websites or client projects
- redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or public sharing of the Products is prohibited
- ownership of the Products remains the exclusive property of Easy Scheduling
Lifetime licenses grant access to updates and support for the lifetime of the Product.
Subscription licenses remain valid only while the subscription is active.
5. Updates & support
Active licenses include access to:
- plugin updates
- bug fixes
- security updates
- customer support
Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis and is limited to issues directly related to the Products.
Support does not include:
- custom development
- installation services
- server administration
- third-party plugin conflicts unrelated to the Product
- extensive customization requests
We reserve the right to refuse support in cases of abusive behavior, unreasonable requests, or misuse of the Products.
6. Subscription renewals
Subscription-based licenses do not renew automatically.
Customers are responsible for renewing their subscriptions.
7. Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of the Products, all sales are generally considered final.
However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds may be refused in cases including, but not limited to:
- abusive refund requests
- repeated purchases followed by repeated refund requests
- issues caused by third-party software or server environments
- requests made after extensive use of the Product
If a refund is granted, the related license may be suspended or revoked immediately.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable.
8. Acceptable use
Customers agree not to:
- redistribute or resell the Products without authorization
- remove copyright or license notices
- use the Products for unlawful purposes
- attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse licensing systems
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke licenses in cases of abuse, piracy, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
The Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Scheduling shall not be liable for:
- data loss
- loss of revenue or profits
- website downtime
- business interruption
- security incidents
- incompatibilities with third-party software
- indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups and testing updates before deploying them on production websites.
10. Intellectual property
All Products, branding, logos, website content, code, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Easy Scheduling unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the Products.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.
Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Website or Products after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in France.
Any dispute relating to the Website or Products shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
